Theatre
"Steve Pacek gives a stand-out performance... He perfectly portrays the obsessively fearful but engagingly optimistic young man, capturing both his vulnerability and the character’s boyish charm."
-YESTERDAY'S ISLAND, Nantucket
"Steve Pacek’s performance...is electric. He manages amazing pivots...with an energy that never seems to flag and an intensity that creates both threat and sympathy. Pacek seems to communicate with every part of his ever-in-motion body — from his soulful eyes to his flailing arms and leaping feet.
It is an astounding turn."
-HOUSTON CHRON
"The always irresistible Steve Pacek stars as Gordon, bringing his rich voice, subtle comic timing, and heartfelt emotion to the role."
-PHINDIE
"Among all the talent, a standout is Steve Pacek as Harold Bride, radioman at the ship's telegraph. He's incredibly memorable throughout, his voice and demeanor dazzling..."
-BROADWAY WORLD Milwuakee
"Understanding that Peter is much more complex than we often give him credit for, Pacek blends wide-eyed wonder with a thick mask covering a hellacious past, introducing us to a new boy we’ve never met, yet who somehow feels like an old friend."
-LITTLE ROCK SOIREE
"Pacek is a tour de force in both his vocals and his acting chops. His voice soars through his beautiful solo numbers...and invokes both laughter and tears."
-DC THEATER ARTS
Steve Pacek’s heart-rending performance...is a beautiful tribute to the joyous wonder of love and the crushing burden of heartache.

SDC associate member. I am most passionate about new or newly re-energized prices of theatre that excite the imagination, stimulate conversation and provoke true emotional responses. Equally comfortable with small two-handers, full-scale musicals, collaborating in a devised process or crafting a unique one-night only gala or benefit.

Dance and Movement
SDC associate member. Trained mostly in jazz, contemporary and tap. My work is also heavily influenced by my continued practice in Viewpoints, Laban effort shapes and clowning. The body is always telling a story, without ever having to say a word. Harnessing that potential is what excites me most as I aim to make visceral experiences that can change the energy in a room.
